SILVER 40% CADMIUM FREE
Alloy with high silver content (40%) for joining steel/brass/copper pieces. Alloy for universal use. Brazing, generally at low temperatures, of copper, copper alloys and all kinds of steel, including stainless. Water/gas pipes. Climate control systems.
CAPILLARY-ACTION BRAZING:
Copper-silver-zinc alloy with low melting point for brazing copper and copper alloys, steels and stainless steels. Available in bare or flux coated rods. Extremely flexible coating (it does not crumble when bending the rod). Excellent capillary attraction.
GAZARGENT 40 is to be used with an oxy-acetylene, oxy-propane or oxy-butane welding torch with neutral flame adjustment.
